April 10th, meeting to start at 7:30 and in AES Gym

APRIL 10th will bring with it a temporary change. Our meeting will start at 7:30 PM and will be held in the GYM. Please make note of this.

This is due to a scheduling conflict. The AES SCIENCE FAIR is scheduled for the same night for AES students between 6-7PM.

Also, if there is a lack of parking, Carrow Baptist Church has graciously offered the use their parking lot as overflow for the league. A sign should be posted at the entrance of the church parking lot stating CAFCL OVERFLOW PARKING.

One of these homes could be our very first YARD OF THE MONTH WINNERS

Look at these photos below. If you recognize a yard, be sure to tell the owner of the yard. We want them to know we appreciate the work they do to beautify our community.

Also, send the league your opinion of which you like best. When doing so, list the group number, the location of the chosen photo (2nd top house, 3rd bottom, etc.) and include a brief description of what you most like about that chosen yard.

There are many homes throughout our neighborhoods, all with inspiring beauty. So many so that the photographers camera's battery died. Since we weren't able to get more photos taken, we need you. If you'd like show off your or your neighborhood's handwork in the yard, please send a digital photograph to the league so we can post it online.

Also, if you would like to champion the YARD OF THE MONTH program, email or call the league. We'd like to recognize all of our neighbors that have put in so many long hours to share beauty with all passer-bys. We appreciate all of you, and keep up the fabulous work.

Enjoy some beauty our neighbors openly share...
