The VBPS are embarking upon a comprehensive strategic planning process that we are calling “Compass to 2015: A Strategic Plan for Student Success.”
As a member of our community and supporter of high-quality education, we invite you to participate in a Town Hall Meeting to discuss issues, challenges and priorities that we as a community need to address in order to insure greater success for our students and district in the future.
The Town Hall Meeting will be held on Tuesday April 15, 2008, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. Registration and welcome reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. Other details are noted in the invitation at the top of page. Please RSVP to Virginia Nibarger at 263-1177 or e-mail virginiaw.nibarger@vbschools.com by Thursday, April 10 if you plan to attend. We encourage you to invite other members of the community or in your organization to attend as well.
