UPDATE
Based on lots of teamwork and great investigate work, Detectives were able to identify a suspect in this case. The suspect was arrested at his hotel room early this morning. The suspect has been identified as Allen Otis Kelley, 24, of the 5600 block of Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach. He has been charged with Rape, Abduction, Burglary, and Grand Larceny. He is currently being held without bond in the Virginia Beach Correctional Center. The suspect was served with a warrant that outstanding for Domestic Assault from the city of Portsmouth. The suspect is also facing charges in the city of Norfolk.
