We've heard from officers on the street that there are gangs establishing themselves in Virginia Beach and are seeded in surrounding cities.
We've already received education about what to look out for. Now, it's time for us to take the next step... find out what we can do to deal with our current issues and prevent further growth of gangs.
BYLAWS:
- Copies of the revised bylaws will be available at our October meeting for review. All suggested REVISIONS will need to be presented BY NOVEMBER 7th and will be submittedto the board. Final draft is to be VOTED IN by membership on NOVEMBER 13th GENERAL MEETING.
